Finovox, a player specialized in the detection of documentary fraud, has taken new steps with significant figures and significant technological innovations. To talk about it, we interviewed Élie Bime, Product Manager at Finovox. He shares with us his analysis of the past year and the prospects for 2025.
With over 1 million documents analyzed and 18,000 detected as suspects, Finovox grew significantly in 2024.
The number of users has increased and customers are seeing a significant increase in return on investment. This dynamic reveals a heightened awareness among businesses, as Elie explains. :

The year 2024 was marked by the development of 172 new features thanks to the exploitation of data and the integration of greater business expertise.
“We have integrated a stronger business dimension thanks to the concept of documentary consistency. This approach makes it possible to cross the data in a document with external databases such as Pappers, SEPAmail or taxes.gov, but also to exploit QR Codes and business rules to improve the accuracy of fraud detection.”
Finovox is no longer satisfied with a purely technological approach but is refining its capabilities thanks to the experience of its customers.
Unlike some cyber threats that follow specific trends, document fraud remains widespread and affects many sectors. Insurance, factoring, bank loans, public aid : fraudsters are adapting and innovating.
Among the most striking cases observed this year, we find RIB fraud via SEPAmail or even fraud with public subsidies.
The use of Finovox is intensifying and customers are facing various challenges in integrating the solution.
