A SaaS solution is software that can be accessed online. : it is a service made available. This software can be used by several people simultaneously. This solution is built to adapt to your needs according to your activity. The SaaS solution integrates into your IT environment because it is located in the Cloud, which means that it is not installed on your personal computer, but on a remote server. The use is therefore mainly manual but allows access to numerous functionalities. In the case of Finovox, it is a question of being able to investigate, understand and thus explain the falsifications made on the document.
The API is an interface that allows third party programs to interact with third party software.
It is a solution for creating more flexible applications that can adapt to different file or application formats. An API is required to access the functionalities of an application. It can be supplied by the original manufacturer, but often it is supplied by an external actor.
The API makes it possible to manage data in an automated way: without human tasks, once implemented in the information system. In the case of Finovox, it is a question of analyzing all the documents instantly without the need for human action and thus having an alert alert only on falsified documents.
It is essential to investigate documents and understand the origin of the falsification. The Finovox Investigation SaaS solution is ideal for a document volume of less than 1000 documents/month. However, when you have a large documentary volume, it is preferable to use the Finovox Detection API.
In this case, all the documents are processed and an alert is raised only on the documents containing falsifications.

The API solution will therefore allow you to provide information through JSON documents. The use of our SaaS solution will allow you to be able to investigate the documents and thus have an explanation of the alterations made to the document.

Concerned about standards ISO 27001 and ISO 27701 and recommendations from the CNIL, the Finovox solution does not store any data or documents.
