Finovox, a French start-up specializing in the detection of false documents, signs a new collaboration with PwC France, a major consulting, audit and legal and tax expertise firm. This cooperation aims to strengthen the documentary fraud detection capabilities of organizations supported by PwC France by using Finovox's advanced technology.
After successfully carrying out a first joint mission, Finovox is now referenced as an anti-fraud solution within PwC France. The firm now provides its clients with the innovative solution developed by the start-up, allowing a thorough and rapid analysis of documents to verify their authenticity and veracity.
Initially, Finovox was commissioned by a PwC France client to carry out a comprehensive documentary audit. A total of 13,000 documents were submitted for analysis by Finovox's SaaS platform, which made it possible to instantly detect nearly 280 falsifications (i.e. 2% of all documents transmitted). The PwC France teams had expressed their desire to be supported by efficient software for the detection of false documents in order to go beyond a simple visual analysis and to speed up the detection process. Convinced by the speed and reliability of Finovox's solution, the firm decided to rely on its long-term expertise to strengthen its capabilities in the detection of documentary fraud.
