They are often too preoccupied with property management, real estate transactions and customer service. What's more, they are not yet fully aware of the scale of the problem and the potential consequences for their business. By integrating with Finovox, Greenloc is able to make professionals more aware of fraud, while offering them a robust and specialised verification tool. 

How did you choose Finovox?

Greenloc met one of our sales representatives, Ulysse, at the RENT show. At the same event, Greenloc had already been approached by several open data and open banking solutions. 

The problem with this type of solution was the applicant's level of verification. Open banking was oversized for rental. 

On the other hand, our Finovox solution perfectly matched the in-between solution that Greenloc was looking for: fraud verification combined with a price that could be adapted to the needs of professionals. 

As explained above, the market is not yet ready to file each tenant's file one by one. With the integration of Finovox directly hosted on the Greenloc software, professionals can choose whether or not they wish to check the supporting documents of prospective tenants.
